PORTION SIZE: 1 Appetizer Order (20-24 pcs)
INGREDIENTS 
American Mussel Harvesters Big One mussels – 2lbs 
Vegetable oil - 1 tbls
Roasted garlic - 5 grams
Lemon juice - juice of half lemon 
Lemon zest - ½ lemon skin
Freshly chopped cilantr o- 1 tbls
House garam masala - a pinch (spice mix of cloves, green cardamom, cumin seeds, cinnamon)
Black salt - a pinch 
METHOD:
1)	Heat oil in a pan
2)	Add garlic, sauté lightly and add mussels
3)	Add fresh lemon juice, lemon zest, black salt, spice mix and cover the pan for about 5-7 mins or until mussels open up
4)	Transfer the cooked mussels in a serving dish along with the broth
5)	Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro, and serve
