Just wanted to shoot you a quick note to share that the 10lbs of mussels and 6 dozen oysters I took with me to Cape May, NJ were completely devoured by my crew. They were all blown away by the mussels, and there are some foodies in the bunch who couldn't get over how good they were. The oysters were soooo appreciated too - Beavertails were among the favorites.
